Scope of Work
This was a complete gut renovation:
- Removed all existing fixtures, tile, and vanity
- Reconfigured plumbing for new layout
- Installed new electrical including heated floor

Timeline
The project took four weeks from demo to final inspection. The homeowners arranged to use their hall bathroom during construction.
Result
The bathroom now matches the quality of the rest of the home and adds real value. The heated floors were called “life-changing” by the homeowners during their first winter with the new space.
